What Qualifications Or Experience Do I Need?
GCSEs Grade D or above (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.

• Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft programmes and Outlook
• Good standard of education
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise own workload
• Flexible and adaptable in relation to tasks and duties
• Ability to work well and thrive in a team environment

• Confident speaking to clients and the public face to face and over the telephone

Aspects Of Job Role
Century Fire and Security are looking to recruit a Business Administration apprentice to join their established and friendly team at their office in Heather, Leicestershire. (The successful candidate should have appropriate transport to travel to the office.)  The role covers administrative and office support as well as minor aspects of social media. Duties will include:

• Answer incoming calls
• Frank and post outgoing mail
• Book off service sheets
• Create quote templates
• Log faults on in-house database
• Update client details on alarm master
• Raise purchase orders
• Arrange returns via Parcel Force
• Take items to post office as and when necessary
• Take details of any enquiries
• Create commercial files
• Filing
• Social Media - Update Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Admin duties as required / office support
